Policy

We prioritize the Food Quality of our products; counting on the commitment of our entire staff, who receive permanent training. We believe that the foundation to obtain safe food for human health resides in applying a suitable hygienic, sanitary system, which we count on for permanent surveillance in the complication and control of a production under the highest demanding hygienic, sanitary normatives. In this way, we reaffirm daily our faithful commitment to fulfill all the requirements of our clients, the law, and regulations, developing a labor culture with team spirit understanding that each person involved performs a principal role in the achievement of continual improvement of our quality assurance management system.

Quality Safety

Solís Meat Uruguay counts with a multidisciplinary HACCP team, highly qualified, trained and with vast experience to apply to the entire industrial process Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), in conjunction with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and sanitary controls based on the Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure (SSOP). The implementation of the HACCP System developed and executed on the premises effectively controls the identified dangers during its rolling-out phase, obtaining in this way safe products for consumer health.
